Photo 8 Feb 19 notes everydaypants: I’ve committed to finally making the 15th issue of my zine, List. Normally I put it out every summer but I totally missed last summer due to having just moved and being tied up with drawing Year One. I work well under pressure so I’m trying to have this done by Chicago Zine Fest at the beginning of March and didn’t start until a few days ago… I’ll have to do at least a drawing a day for the whole month to finish in time. I’ve never had such a direct line of communication with readers of my zine before so I thought I would ask: Are there any specific lists you would be into seeing in List 15? Any pressing questions or follow ups from previous issues of List? If so, send me list ideas in my ask box and I’ll incorporate them into the next issue! You can send them anonymously if you wanna get personal. My zine is good for that, haha. The image on this post is a spread from List 14, which I wrote in the summer of 2010. So long ago. So I am in a similar situation of trying to pump out Sassyfrass # 8 before the zinefest, although in the better situation of lower expectations and general knowledge that Sassyfrass is basically always last minute. But Ramsey has a good point. Send me messages if you have something in particular you want to read about in the next issue? Comic requests?
